To order the patenting expertise the client (the author or another possessor of rights) independently prepares the following types of documents or takes part in the conclusion of them.

 

1) Declaration of the client – a document sent to the IUCI, indicating that the person concerned (the author or another possessor of rights) has reasonable claims for the determination of the author’s priority for the specific result of creative activity and the desire to carry out the expert assessment of such an object and define criteria of patentability on the IOSCEAAD-775 standard.

 

Declaration of the client is sent to the IUCI via email in English (or another widespread language of international communication), agreed with the IUCI.

 

 

2) Contract between the Initiator of Patenting and the IUCI – document, formalizing the relations between the client, the union and other interested parties concerning the patenting expertise.

Contract between the client and the IUCI may be concluded in any kind, agreed by the parties and able to provide international-legal legitimacy of such a contract.

 

 

 

3) Сustomer’s bonus sheet – document drawn up during the period of holding of the first patenting expertise (patenting procedure) of the Customer, defining the preferential prices for the next expert assessments on IOSCEAAD-775, possibly held in future on the Customer’s initiative.

 

The bonus sheets includes: the system of discounts for assessments; number of the assessments carried out, discounts previously given to the customer.

 

 

4) Consent of the author of the results of creative activity or another rightholder for holding the patenting expertise (in case if the expertise is ordered by the third persons)
