To order the expertise the client (person concerned) independently prepares the following types of documents (or takes part in the conclusion of them).

 

1) Inquiry form (application) of the client – a document, showing that the person concerned (client) needs an expert assessment of the certain object on the stated parameters with the indication of all the necessary information for such expertise.

An inquiry form (application) of the client is sent to the IUCI via email in English or in the widespread language of the international communication, agreed with the union.

2) Contract between the client and the IUCI document, formalizing the relations between the client, the union and other interested parties concerning the object of the expertise.

Contract between the client and the IUCI may be concluded in any kind, agreed by the parties and able to provide international-legal legitimacy of such a contract.

3) Bonus sheet of the customer – the document drawn during the first assessment of the customer, establishing preferential quotations for the following assessments on ICSQ-775, which may be carried out in future at the initiative of the customer. The bonus sheets fixes: the system of discounts for assessments; number of the assessments carried out, discounts previously given to the customer.

 

 

4)  Consent of the producer of goods or services to the expertise of production (in case if the expertise is ordered by contractors and the third parties)
